ISRAEL'S GENOCIDAL GOVERNMENT STARTS A NEW WAR, NOW
AGAINST IRAN
The Iranian news agency Nour News has reported that a
series of explosions have been verified in the Iranian capital, Tehran.
The Israeli Air Force, through an official who
requested anonymity, informed Axios that it carried out an attack on the
Iranian capital.
Finally, the genocidal Benjamin Netanyahu decided to
launch his long-awaited war against Iran, given that his "window of
opportunity" to achieve his goal of dragging the United States into a war
against the Iranian theocracy was closing.
First, although Donald Trump and his cabinet are 100
percent committed to doing everything Zionism commands, in recent weeks the
international situation and domestic political pressures have seriously
complicated Washington's support for the policy of chaos and destruction that
Tel Aviv has been pursuing in the Middle East since the "false flag"
attacks of September 11, 2001.
Thus, Trump has been unable to pass his budget and tax
legislation (the Big Beautiful Bill) due to resistance from Republican
representatives and senators, who believe the proposal adds too much debt to
the country and fails to include sufficient spending cuts.
At the same time, Trump's tariff policy has
encountered strong domestic resistance from numerous industrial and commercial
sectors, which has affected their value chains and profits. Likewise, most of
the United States' trading partners, as well as its nemesis, China, have been
unwilling to stand idly by in the face of Trump's proposed tariffs, threatening
to respond (and China did so firmly), forcing Trump to back down and begin
negotiating from a position of lesser strength with allies and competitors.
Second, Trump's international proposals, such as
achieving peace between Russia and Ukraine in a short period; securing the
return of all hostages in Gaza and a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas;
intimidating his NATO allies into complying with demands for increased defense
spending; threatening Denmark over the possible annexation of Greenland; the
proposal to Canada to become the 51st state of the United States, and the
threat to Panama to "recover" the Canal, have remained on paper, as
the reality of international politics is too complex. Trump's threats and
speeches cannot, on their own, transform overnight problems and processes
involving a multitude of variables and actors.
Third, Trump tried, with a half-hearted intention, to
avoid a new war in the Middle East, this time against Iran, which was one of
the conditions demanded by the pro-Israel lobby and Zionist donors to the Trump
campaign (such as Miriam Adelson). Trump proposed to the Iranian government a
negotiation that was doomed to fail from the start, given that the main
negotiators on the US side are representatives of Zionism and the pro-Israel
lobby, such as Steve Witkoff and Secretary of State Marco Rubio himself. Therefore,
at no point was there a real intention to reach a serious agreement with Iran,
but rather to give Netanyahu time to prepare the strike he launched today.
Fourth, Netanyahu, having completed the destruction of
the Gaza Strip and the indiscriminate killings of Palestinians, as well as the
bombings in southern Lebanon and the invasion of part of Syrian territory,
needed a new "war" to maintain his dominance over Israeli politics.
On the one hand, opposition parties and a portion of Israel's military
establishment have expressed their desire to stop the multiple battle fronts
opened by Netanyahu, as they are seriously affecting the Israeli economy; they
have turned Israel into a pariah state in the world; and the Israeli population
is exhausted by the war effort and requires a pause.
Likewise, despite the assault on the Israeli judiciary
and the Attorney General's Office that Netanyahu and his allies have carried
out over the past year, seeking to prevent the corruption proceedings against
him and his wife from continuing, it has not been enough to halt those
proceedings. Therefore, Netanyahu has now literally had to sit before a judge.
He is therefore urged to keep Israel in a permanent
war, not only to save himself politically, but also to hold the Israeli
population, the United States, and NATO countries, who are forced to support
Israel due to the power of the pro-Israel lobbies in those countries, hostage
to this strategy.
Finally, the challenge the religious parties launched
at Netanyahu regarding the elimination of the requirement for young people who
are dedicated full-time to the study of Judaism to join the armed forces, or
else they will withdraw their support, which would lead to the fall of his
government, convinced him that he could no longer wait to attack Iran (under
the pretext that the Iranians are getting closer to making an atomic bomb, a
point he has been making for 20 years).
But Netanyahu knows that once he has decided to attack
Iran (which he informed Trump in advance, prompting the United States to call
on its diplomatic personnel and their relatives in the Middle East to leave the
region), Washington will not abandon Israel. Furthermore, the Iranian response
will surely include US bases in the region, which will provoke a war against
Iran. Netanyahu also aims to draw in the European powers, thereby hoping to
destroy Iran, ensure Israeli military hegemony in the Middle East, obscure the
genocide he continues to commit in Gaza, and force the United States to remain Israel’s
bodyguard.
